Principle of cell counts Instrument measured blood can be diluted to exact proportion by diluents firstly, which is used to measure parameters of WBCRBCPLT & HGB. WBC, RBC count pool diluted samples pass their own porous counting respectively under negative pressure, Amount of fluid that flowing through small hole is specimen volume of instrument for analysis. Instrument measured size distribution & number of WBC, RBC & PLT by using impedance method. Electrodes inserted in holes on both sides of liquid, it sets up a field environment on both sides of surrounding count micro porous, according to blood-cell non-conductive nature, when cells passed count micro porous, it will cause impedance changes, size of impedance changes & proportional to cell volume.
